Meet Your Doctor

Dr. Jasia Correa, DPT, LE
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Licensed Esthetician & Women’s Health Specialist
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Women’s Health Specialist dedicated to helping women feel seen, supported, safe, and confident in their bodies. In 2020, after eight years working in top hospital systems, I chose to step away and practice outside the insurance-based model so I can better serve those with chronic conditions. Many of the women who come to me have already tried traditional healthcare and are looking for a more holistic approach—someone who has the time and freedom to listen, assess the whole person, and pursue solutions even when progress feels slow and challenging.
With over a decade of experience treating women with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, hypermobility, endometriosis, chronic pain, dysautonomia, and POTS, I am a strong advocate for care that offers clear guidance and management of flair ups just as well as progressive, practical, and attainable goals for rehabilitation. Ultimately, it’s about helping you understand your body and how to be your own physical therapist! I’m just the teacher.
You are the healer.
I offer a range of services focused on women’s pelvic health, including personalized treatment plans for conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic organ prolapse, and more. My approach integrates evidence-based physical therapy techniques, holistic care, and patient education to empower women to take control of their health and well-being. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where women can feel heard and understood, and where they can receive the specialized care they deserve.

My Story
My journey as a Physical Therapist was shaped early on by a passionate and insatiable desire to learn. As a new graduate, I was blessed to work with the most incredible team of my career at the #1 cancer hospital in the nation: MD Anderson Cancer Center (where I later became a patient on my own cancer journey). While there, I began my post-graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, and applied my new knowledge and skills to establishing an entirely new program. As a standard of practice, the hospital also sent me for intensive training in the treatment and management of Lymphedema.
After 2 amazing years, my husband completed his residency and I sadly bid farewell to my team. Our family moved to the Brazos Valley where, once again, I established an entirely new program for Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation while growing the Lymphedema Program at CHI St. Joseph. I also developed the all-new Breast Cancer Wellness Program, which provided free lymphedema prevention education to women at risk. I expanded my skills outside of oncology and began treating children with pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as pregnant and postpartum women. I fell in love with Bryan/College Station, it's culture, and it's people. It became my home.
4 years later, the winds of change shifted their focus back to Houston. It was a bittersweet goodbye, but fortune had other plans for me at Texas Children's Hospital. For 2 years, I treated children and women, deepening my passion for treating chronic pelvic pain and working with women throughout their childbearing journey.
In 2020, my husband and I embarked on an incredible new adventure together when he opened his very own practice in Cypress, Texas. I was soon to follow in opening my own and have never looked back! As you'll see below, I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in as many ways as I can. I love what I do! And I love helping women to reach their fullest potential as advocates and healers of their bodies. I hope to inspire empowerment through awareness and encourage women to seek the help they deserve. There is no need to suffer silently. Your symptoms are not in your head, and no amount of pain, incontinence, or loss of function is ever normal nor should ever be acceptable. You deserve better and I'm here to help.
