Yoga & Meditation for Women
Our intimate group setting of no more than 6 women per class is the perfect environment to find calm, release, relaxation, and inner peace in your busy week. Classes are gentle, slow paced, and designed for women seeking deeper healing through movement and mindfulness. Yogis of all levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome in all classes. Various props, bolsters, and blankets are available to make your experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
