Hey, passionate PT.
I see you searching for something different...
Practitioner burnout in our field is real, and it's heartbreaking.
We sacrifice years, decades of our lives to learn the art of our craft. We devote our every waking thought and breath to treating our patients. And yet, somehow it never feels like enough. I know that's where I was when I started my practice. I was either going to treat patients on my own terms, or I was going to leave a career that cost me years of blood, sweat, tears, and hundreds of thousands of dollars climbing to. Was it worth it?
Absolutely.
But owning and running your own practice is no picnic, either. I have had to learn an entirely new career! Actually, multiple careers. I am a marketer, a website builder, an influencer, a manager, a scheduler, a designer, an SEO expert, a hospitality curator...
AND a physical therapist, a mom, and a cancer survivor!
Opening my own practice was the right decision for me. But not everyone wants that journey. Not everyone wants the stress and, let's face it, the burden of owning and running your own business.
It took a long time for me to get here, but I'm finally ready to step back a little. Not completely. Maybe we never really step back completely from something we love, but I know that my business deserves more attention, and my patients deserve more access to their care.
I can't keep wearing all the hats.
And you can't keep pushing and grinding and feeling that burnout day after day, week after week. You don't want to quit. You love what you do, you just want to keep loving it. And it's getting harder.
I know. I was there.
That's the woman I'm hoping to meet.
I'm searching for a like-minded physical therapist who is passionate about women's health, who loves treating the entire person, who feels and sees the value of focused, intentional, hands-on, one-on-one care for her patients.
I'll be honest, I don't have a full time position for you. Yet.
My practice can't grow because I'm constantly working in my business while trying to work on my business. And now that I have my spa, Trinity Aesthetics & Wellness, I really can't do it all!
So, my vision is to start out by hiring someone PRN. I'll keep my current caseload, and you'll see all new evaluations as your own patients. Yours. Many of these women might be your patients for years and years. Some of mine have followed me for almost ten years!
As my practice grows, so does your caseload.
If you want it to.
If not, we grow until you're in a place where you're comfortable, happy, and no longer feel that dreaded burnout hanging over your head day after day.
If we need another PT, we find her, and we grow a little more.
That's right, I said we.
A team.
That's the kind of business I want to have. I want a team of women, supporting each other as we treat and help and support other women.
No more burnout.
Flexible Schedule
Decide the days and hours you prefer to see your patients. Need a schedule that let's you drop off the kids, see a few patients, then go pick up groceries in time to grab the kids from school? That's the beauty of owning your schedule.
Simple Notes
I use Jane's AI Scribe. Record the session, and your scribe creates the note. Check it over, correct (if needed), sign, done. No insurance, no headache. Documentation should not be half our job!
No Quotas
You drive your own productivity! Much like home-health, I pay myself on a commission. In other words, I take home a percentage of what I bring into the clinic. If I want more commission, I open my schedule up to book more patients. Your pay would be the same with room to increase your commission percentage as time goes on.
Control
I see patients for 90 minutes and give myself an hour between each patient for admin work. You may not need that! Are you used to see patients for an hour? Are you and your patients happy with that hour? Great! They're happy, you're happy, I'm happy.
Let's Chat
It is important to note that my practice treats women with chronic, overlapping pain conditions like endometriosis and hypermobility. Bowel and bladder issues are often complex, and patients benefit from a significant amount of manual therapy due to surgical scarring and myofacial adhesions.
An ideal candidate would be a physical therapist with training and experience in bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, pregnancy, and postpartum. If pediatric pelvic health is a specialty you are passionate about, I am happy to discuss bringing that on board as long as you already have training and experience.
I am happy to mentor and guide, especially for those who are new to endometriosis or hypermobility, but unfortunately I am not able to provide training for a PT who is new to pelvic health. This position would be for a trained and experienced therapist who could easily, confidently, and comfortably jump into patient care.
